I probably don't do enough sit ups...Great idea. I probably don't do enough sit ups. Hate ab work. I try to do push ups everyday..don't be too fussed if you can't make it up to 100. It's really tough to get to 100. 10-20 done in sets will make a big difference in terms of strength and you won't build big muskles.
